So Friday, all day at work, i was antsy. All i could talk about was that i was going to see new moon that night. I went all decked out in my team Jacob t-shirt, and did my hair and make-up, as if i were going to meet him or something? I dunno but i was excited. 6:30 comes around, all the kids got picked up on time, Jamie lent me her I-pod, and i was off to get in line. I have never done this before so i was NOT prepared, i only wore my little windbreaker jacket, no blanket, chair, or gloves, just me and my little I-pod. i waited there like that until 8:45 then Jamie showed up with Brie and some blankets. i hopped in her warm car and set off to get hot coco and food. and to pee. Then Kym and Lauren showed, and a few minutes later, at around 10:30 they let us into the theater. My promptness paid off, we got great seats, and had a great time visiting before it all started. It was one of the funnest things i have ever done. (and the second most painful, for i have not had any babies yet.)
finally! I saw new moon, i have been waiting for this for a long time as most of you know. mostly because i am a huge team Jacob fan and Taylor Lautner is top on my "list" or at least will be when he turns 18. i was really worried that he would disappoint me with his acting skills just because the only thing i know he has been in was, twilight. where he had three scenes and 5 lines, and "Shark Boy." if he would have sucked i probably would not have bothered with the other two movies until the DVD came out. But much to my satisfaction, he did not disappoint. He made a really great Jacob black.
new moon was my favorite book, and so far my favorite movie out of the twilight Saga. but i have a feeling the movies are just going to get better. if you haven't yet, check out my link that is "for my fellow twi-hards" it has some funny interviews with the cast. and can i just say, i LOVE Jacob Black.
